Summarize:
For everyone, everyone is a procrastinator! First of all, people tend to interpret complex tasks too simply, and it is not until the last minute that they realize that this task takes more time than previously thought. Second, we want to avoid feeling uncomfortable: "This task is too difficult, not my ability." Third, we are afraid of failure: "I must not do well, or do not do well!" The point is that you will want to delay things to the end. However, in fact, there are ways to change it. When facing challenges, we can lower our goals, set a specific and feasible small goal, and adjust a goal that I really feel. Maybe I can change the course of action, not necessarily what to do, but "it's better to do it first and see what happens."
This may also improve your procrastination.
